Immunization Records

The Student Health Center looks forward to serving you.  The NC Public Health Law requires students who are matriculating on campus and taking 4 or more credit hours of “On Campus Classes” to show proof of certain immunizations.  A complete immunization record should be entered and uploaded to our Medicat Portal within 30 days after the first day of class.
If a complete record of immunizations is not in the possession of the Student Health Center within 30 days after the first day of class, the Registrar’s Office will be notified and the student will be dropped from classes.  This will result in the loss of financial aid and the use of the Eagle Card.
