Career Exploration Programs

Alumni Mentoring Program:   Let Career Services match you up with alumni in your field of interest.  This is a great way to build your network and explore possible career options with a fellow Eagle.  For more information, please contact Shannon Keith, Assistant Director for Experiential Learning

Career Treks: Sign up to participate in a Career Trek to a company site to learn more about career opportunities and internships.  Career Treks typically feature a company tour, networking panels, overview of the careers, and light lunch.  For more information, please contact Christy Dunston, Employer Relations Manager.

Career Minute Clinic: Experience anxiety over making a decision about your career path? Not sure how to get started? Then stop by the Career Minute Clinic to get a "career check-up" to make sure you are on the right track, and get a prescribed quick action plan on how to move forward.  Career Minute Clinics are offered once a semester, so please check our semester calendar of events on Eagle Career Network.

Internship Showcase:  Come explore internships through feedback and presentations from other NCCU students.  Students will discuss their summer projects and day-to-day operations so that you can get a first hand look at experiences that might interest you.  This is also great way to learn about internships ranked high among your peers. Showcases are typically held during the fall semester.  For more information, please contact Shannon Keith.
