HR Administration

The NCCU Department of Human Resources Administration Office champions the strategic initiatives of the university’s core values.  These values include; representing excellence in teaching, access to education, promotion of citizenship, appreciation of and respect for diversity, superb customer service, and life-long learning.

Human Resources Administration reports to the university’s Finance and Administration Division, which is under the direction of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.  The Associate Vice Chancellor reports to the university’s Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, whose office is accountable for leadership of the collective Human Resources organization.

Our division is comprised of six HR units, plus an EEO/AA unit.  Combined, we represent your ”all-in-one” partner  for effective HR solutions via Classification and Compensation, Employee Services and Benefits, Employment Services, EPA Services, Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action, and Training and Development.
