This course focuses on rural correctional facilities as unique environments for threat group recruitment and radicalization. The course examines the processes by which recruitment and radicalization occur and proposes methods for strengthening the information gathering and sharing process. 

Community Threat Group Identification, Assessment and Information Reporting for Rural Law Enforcement Officers

This course takes a comprehensive approach to examining threat groups in rural communities, with a particular focus on the nexus of gangs, hate groups, domestic and international terrorist organizations as they converge for the purposes of criminal enterprise.
